Apply for Engineering Training as an Apprentice
The Engineering Training programme offered by ISIMA is an excellent opportunity for students wishing to become computer engineers while acquiring solid professional experience. This course is aimed at students from a variety of technical backgrounds.
Who can apply for Engineering Training ?
ISIMA offers this apprenticeship programme to students who have completed a diploma in the following fields:
- of IUT, in particular Computer Science, Networks and Telecom, BUT 2 or BUT 3
- Computer science Bachelor (L2 or L3)
- BTS, in particular SIO (IT Services for Organizations) and BTS CIEL (Cybersecurity, IT and Networks, Electronics, IT and Networks option)
- of Prep ATS.
Applications for future apprentices are open from January 2026 until March 30, 2026.
How to apply for Engineering Training ?
An application file must be submitted online via e-candidat.
- Application form: Candidates must submit their application form online via the e-candidat platform.
Select Offre de formation > ISIMA > Ingénieur classique > Diplôme Ingénieur en Informatique et modélisation – 1re année (apprentissage) - Selection interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview in May 2026. This interview will assess their motivation and career plans.
- Company search: If admitted, the search for a host company to sign an apprenticeship contract will begin. ISIMA will offer contacts with partner companies.
Admission to the school will only be definitive once an apprenticeship contract has been signed with a company.
After the interview phase, the recruitment committee may rank up to 45 eligible candidates. The head of training will validate the subjects, and ISIMA will definitively admit the first 24 candidates who have signed a contract.
