The graduates of ISIMA, in a context of strong growth in digital activities and thanks to the skills acquired during their training, are in high demand by companies and fully integrate into the digital professions and sectors.

Indeed, the digitization of the economy represents a transformation for businesses and society, changing organizational methods and leading to new forms of work, thereby increasing recruitment and training needs for all profiles.

According to a study by Numeum, digital companies are expecting a growth of +7.5% in 2022 (read « The boom in the digital sector…»).

 

What is the situation of the 107 ISIMA Engineer graduates upon leaving the school?

  • Rate of professional integration*: 79%
    Graduates who completed their last year of training in apprenticeship: 93%

  • Average gross annual salary (including bonuses): €38,268 (€36,788 in 2022)
  • Median gross annual salary (including bonuses): €36,500 (€37,000 in 2022)

 

  • 82 % of respondents in employment have permanent contracts (CDI).
  • 70% found their job before the end of their training.
    The average time to access employment is 1.2 weeks.
  • 56% of respondents are employed in the Puy-de-Dôme (75% in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region).

  • 94% of respondents in employment have permanent contracts (CDI)
  • 82% found their job less than a month after completing their training
  • 98.7% are in managerial positions

The surveys are conducted by the OFDE (Observatoire des Formations et du Devenir des Étudiants) of the University of Clermont Auvergne, certified ISO 9001 in 2015 – renewed in 2021 for 3 years – for its surveys and studies on training and the future of students.
