ISIMA (Higher Institute of Computer Modeling and Applications) is a leading Computer Science engineering school in Auvergne, focusing on the fields of Computer Science and its applications.
Accredited by the Commission des titres (CTI) to award the engineering degree since its establishment (last renewal 2015-2021), the school welcomes nearly 120 new students each year, recruited through the Concours Commun INP, by application from BAC+2 (L2/DUT/BTS), through the integrated preparatory program, and through apprenticeships.
Clermont Auvergne INP was created on January 1, 2021, and includes:
- The engineering school ISIMA
- Two other engineering schools in Clermont: Polytech Clermont and SIGMA Clermont
- Several research laboratories, including LIMOS
- The SPI doctoral school
Clermont Auvergne INP is now part of the INP Group, which now has five INPs.
