CROUS Housing 2023-2024 – Full

A partnership between ISIMA and CROUS allows for the allocation of a few reserved accommodations for the following programs:

• 1st year Prepa ISIMA and INP
• 1st year of the engineering degree
• 1st and 2nd year Master in Computer Science

We have a limited number of accommodations available through CROUS for incoming students only. You have the option to choose between two types of accommodations (9m² rooms or 20m² T1 studios and 35m² T2 studios). These accommodations are reserved for a duration of 12 months, non-renewable. For more information, you can visit the CROUS website.

For scholarship students, you must make your request directly to CROUS.

ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION PROCEDURE

To benefit from CROUS accommodation from ISIMA’s quota, you must complete the Reservation Form prepISIMA-prepINP-2023-2024 or Reservation Form-Ingenieur-Master-2023-2024 and send it by email to: secretariat@isima.fr

Reservation requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, in accordance with the quotas defined by the program.

ISIMA is only responsible for allocating accommodations based on availability. CROUS will contact you via email to provide further administrative instructions.

• Payment of a reservation fee of €100
• Payment of the security deposit
• Completion of administrative documentation
• Personal liability “physical person” or “VISALE” guarantee (more information on the website www.visale.fr, or if you are not eligible for this program, there is the “GARANT ME” guarantee)
• Visa for international students
• Insurance for rental risks and civil liability
• Completion of CAF (Caisse d’Allocations Familiales) dossier on the website www.caf.fr for housing assistance
• Schedule an arrival appointment to receive the keys on the website mesrdv.etudiant.gouv.fr/fr
