CROUS Housing 2025-2026

Registration opens on 04 May 2025

A partnership between ISIMA and the CROUS has made it possible to benefit from some accommodation reserved for the following courses:

• ISIMA and INP preparatory courses (1st year)

4 rooms in total

• Engineering diploma (1st year)

26 rooms in total

11 studio flats T1 in total

3 shared T2 studios in total

• Master’s degree in Computer Science (1st and 2nd year)

16 rooms in total

3 studio flats (T2) shared

We have a limited number of accommodation units reserved at CROUS for new entrants only.

This accommodation is reserved for a non-renewable period of 12 months. For more information, visit the CROUS website.

If you are a student with a grant, you must apply directly to the CROUS.

HOUSING RESERVATION PROCEDURE
To benefit from CROUS accommodation on the ISIMA quota. You must

create an account on:

Reservation requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis in accordance with the quotas defined for each course.

ISIMA is solely responsible for allocating accommodation according to the number of places available. The CROUS will contact you by email to inform you of the administrative procedures to follow.

CROUS ADMINISTRATIVE FILE

• Payment of a reservation fee
• Payment of the security deposit
• Completion of administrative documentation
• Personal liability “physical person” or “VISALE” guarantee (more information on the website www.visale.fr, or if you are not eligible for this program, there is the “GARANT ME” guarantee)
• Visa for international students
• Insurance for rental risks and civil liability
• Completion of CAF (Caisse d’Allocations Familiales) dossier on the website www.caf.fr for housing assistance
• Schedule an arrival appointment to receive the keys on the website mesrdv.etudiant.gouv.fr/fr
