The RABELAIS residence is located near the Cézeaux campus (10-minute walk), and has a bakery, a post office supermarket close by. It is very well served by public transport (tram, bus no°13), and allows quick access to the schools and the city centre..
Access to the residence is made safe by the presence of a door code and intercoms, and it offers equipped studios from between 18m² to 30m² comprising a main room furnished with a bed, table and chairs, hanging rail and shelving, a fully-equipped kitchenette (sink, hobs, fridge-freezer, cupboard) and a bathroom (wash basin, bath, toilet). Amongst the services the residence offers are: free parking, space for bikes, sports room, Ping-Pong table, television, study room, laundrette* and Wi-Fi* (*a charge is made for these services). A steward is available to the tenants for all technical and administrative questions. Staff are on call for emergencies at night or at the weekend.
